Last night’s spotlighting was EPIC. Not only did we see a leopard, we also saw a SPOTTED HYENA!!!!! The hyena sighting was incredible as the hyena approached us and even followed us for a bit. I was so happy I almost cried. All this research and to finally see one in the wild where there are no fences… What an incredible feeling. The hyena was young and very inquisitive so he allowed us to take photos and observe him. I simply cannot wait to share the photo I took with you! I am so happyyy!!!!!!!!!

Today we have a day off, so I’ve done heaps of washing, cleaned out the living area and tried to catch some sun (was not that effective, I’m still totally pasty).
Later we’re going out to see the sunset and have a few drinks (they call it a sundowner here). I’m on coconut water tonight!

On another news I have booked my tickets home and instead of coming back on the 24^th, I’ll be arriving on the 10^th! Yay, can’t wait to see all my loved ones.
